§ 1-12. Liability of agents of corporation for violation of Code.

Any officer, manager, superintendent, agent or employee of a corporation shall be subject and liable to punishment, as well as such corporation, for the violation of any provision of this Code by such corporation, where such violation was the act, or the result of the act or order, of any such person.
